Privacy, Cookie & Legal Notice

By using www.workaholic.group (the "Website") you agree to this notice. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

  1. 01

    Corporate structure & data controller

This Website is operated by the primary operating entity listed in Section 9 (acting as the primary Data Controller) on behalf of the Workaholic Group family of companies ("Workaholic Group", "we", "us", "our"). To protect operational security and client confidentiality, specific regional subsidiaries, trust companies and affiliated entities are disclosed directly to verified clients during formal onboarding rather than published on the public web.
  2. 02

    No professional advice

All content on this Website is for general information only. Nothing on it constitutes accounting, tax, legal, fiduciary, trust, corporate or financial advice, and neither use of the Website nor an inquiry creates a professional-client or fiduciary relationship. Formal services are rendered only under a mutually executed written engagement agreement with the relevant local Workaholic Group entity.
  3. 03

    Privacy & personal data

We process personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Data collected. Details you give us when you email, call or message us (such as name, email, phone, company and inquiry details); your email address if you ask to keep in touch; and standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed for network security and abuse prevention.

Purpose & legal basis. To respond to inquiries and evaluate engagements (legitimate interests / steps before a contract); to send keep-in-touch emails you asked for (consent); to keep the Website secure (legitimate interests); and to meet anti-money-laundering, KYC and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

Sharing. We never sell personal data. We may share it among authorised Workaholic Group entities across jurisdictions solely as needed to handle your request, and with infrastructure providers (website hosting, database and email delivery) bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. Some providers process data outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention & security. Data is protected with industry-standard safeguards and kept only as long as needed for your inquiry or statutory obligations. Keep-in-touch addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact the Privacy Desk in Section 9.

    Keep-in-touch emails

If you leave your email, we will write to you occasionally about regimes, deadlines, tooling and our work; these may include promotional content. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe here at any time.
  5. 05

    Cookies

This Website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security and abuse prevention (for example, bot protection). Because these are essential and track nothing for marketing, no consent banner is required.

If we ever add optional cookies, they will stay off until you consent, and you will be able to change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

    Limitation of liability

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workaholic Group and its affiliates disclaim liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from access to or reliance on the Website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
